From the showcase or in the builder. You see the price and weight straight away — no “message us for a quote”.

The baker calls
Within an hour to confirm the details and, if needed, suggest changes based on your inspiration photo. Then you pay the 50% deposit.

Collect your cake
At 7 Sample Lane, or we deliver it in a chilled box within your chosen time window.

Questions
How far ahead should I order?
Two days for a single tier, seven for two tiers, fourteen for three tiers and wedding cakes. Bento cakes can be ready tomorrow if you order by 6 pm.
How many servings do I need?
We count 130 g per person. If there’s dinner, a smaller cake is enough; for coffee only, go one size up.
Can I get it gluten- or lactose-free?
Yes. Gluten-free costs 16% more, lactose-free and no-added-sugar 24% more. We bake in a shared kitchen, so traces of gluten and nuts can’t be ruled out.
How do I pay?
After we confirm by phone, you pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer. The rest at pickup — card or cash.
How long does the cake keep?
Three days in the fridge. Honey cake is best on day two. Take the cake out 30 minutes before serving.
